Frequently asked questions

What exactly does this calculation do?

It divides the labor cost you entered by the revenue you entered and shows the result. It projects no gain: it places your ratio, nothing more.

Are my figures sent anywhere?

No. The math runs in your browser. The “Talk about your case” button only drafts a message in your own email app: you read it and decide whether to send it.

Consolidated or per location?

Consolidated: the amounts of all your locations added together. Per location: those of one average location, multiplied by the number of locations. The number of locations also helps check that the revenue you entered is plausible.

Is this ratio a goal to reach?

No. It also depends on your concept, your hours and your structure. It is a reference point to place yourself, not a target or a promise.

Does your ratio raise questions?

Let’s talk about your case. Or send us three operational documents you already have.
