Wine estates

The memory of every plot, from one vintage to the next

Tsuno connects the facts. People decide.

Plot records, field work, sprays, harvest: what the vineyard manager and the old hands know stays findable, even when the team changes.

Delivered pre-filled from your documents.

What an estate lives with

Vines are worked from memory

Notebooks, spreadsheets and the vineyard manager's head do not talk to each other.

  • Plot knowledge in one head

The rootstock, the soil, the corner that frosts: all of it lives with one person.

  • Sprays and intervals to check

Before picking, you cross-check spray passes and the pre-harvest interval, plot by plot.

  • Claimed appellations

Each vintage, which plot goes into which appellation must be found without digging.

  • Seasonal crews every year

Pruning, canopy work, harvest: the same instructions repeated yearly to different people.

On the estate

Two moments in the vintage

Before harvest

The estate manager asks which plots are ready to pick. Tsuno answers per plot: cleared, blocked, or to check when the interval is unknown.

After the hail

The loss is logged with photos and documents, tied to the affected plots, and stays in their records for the next vintage.

Your estate, in Tsuno

From estate to plot

An estate has vineyards, sometimes split into sectors, made of plots. A single job can cover several plots.

Ask Tsuno

Ask the way you talk in the vineyard

  • What is our spray program by plot this year?
  • Which plots are not yet harvestable, and why?
  • What tonnage have we weighed by appellation this harvest?
  • Which amendments are planned after the latest soil analyses?

Fictional examples. Tsuno answers briefly, cites its sources and says when data is missing. Ask from Tsuno or from ChatGPT, Claude or Mistral.

What the sphere covers

From soil to scale

Sensitive actions are proposed, then confirmed by you and logged.

  • Vineyards and plot records

Varieties, planting year, training system, rootstock, appellations eligible and claimed each vintage.

  • Work plans

Jobs on one or several plots at once, tied to the crews of each vineyard.

  • Soil analyses, amendments

Soil analyses and action programs: amendments and fertilization, plot by plot.

  • Sprays and pre-harvest interval

Three-state check: cleared, blocked, to verify. An unknown interval is never counted as zero.

  • Harvest and weighing

Harvest and weigh-ins by plot, or aggregated by appellation.

  • Losses, photos, contacts

Crop losses, photos and documents, plus a contact book of wineries, suppliers and contractors.

What about the cellar, winemaking, blending?

Not covered. The sphere stops at the vine and the weighed harvest: plots, field work, sprays, picking. For the cellar, Tsuno does not replace your tool or your enologist. If the link between vineyard and cellar matters to you, let us talk.

Frequently asked questions

What if the pre-harvest interval is unknown?

The plot goes to "to verify", never to "cleared". Tsuno does not assume a missing interval means zero: you fill it in or make the call.

How do I start with my documents?

Plot register, spray records, work plan: Tsuno is delivered pre-filled from your existing documents, and you validate before go-live.

Can I track several vineyards?

Yes. An estate can have several vineyards, split into sectors if needed, with crews attached to their vineyard(s).

Who decides, Tsuno or me?

You. Tsuno connects the facts and prepares actions. Nothing sensitive goes out without your confirmation, and everything is logged.

Try it on one vineyard

Three documents from your estate are enough to see your plots and field work laid out.

The trial uses non-sensitive operational documents, with no personal data.
