The solution

You already said it. Tsuno remembers.

What you repeat to your managers is written once, kept with its date, then found again when you ask a question.

For 3 to 5 restaurants, or for a single site.

A kitchen worker taps a wall tablet, then goes straight back to prep.

The sequence

Repetition, memory, question, facts, action.

Five steps. For each one, what Tsuno actually does.

  1. Repetition

Your standard day, your instruction: written once, assigned to a role, passed on.

  2. Memory

Standards, facts and actions are kept with their date. History stays searchable.

  3. Question

You ask in plain language, from Tsuno or the AI you already use.

  4. Facts

A short answer built on your data. With no data, Tsuno says so.

  5. Action

Tsuno prepares the action and its effect. You confirm. It runs it and logs it.

A manager shows a procedure in the kitchen while a colleague does it slightly differently.

The modules

What you will no longer have to repeat.

Six modules built for service: you say it once, the rest gets passed on.

  • Checklists and standard day

From opening to closing, every task has a role, a duration, a time. Written once, signed off when done.

    Available
  • Training and skills

Step-by-step job modules, graded quizzes, skills validated and dated by a person. A matrix shows who can do what.

    Available
  • Onboarding

Welcome booklet fitted to role and language, a path to autonomy, e-signature. New hires arrive expected.

    Available
  • Memory

What happened and what was done, on its date. Nobody has to reconstruct it from memory.

  • Quality and compliance

HACCP basics built into training, temperature readings tracked with alerts, goods-in checks with a photo of the note.

    Available
  • Multi-site and one-to-ones

A dashboard by site and role, one-to-ones prepared from dated facts, CSV and PDF exports.

    Available
A manager records a voice note after service while staff reset the dining room.

On the floor

Under 10 seconds in the middle of service.

The everyday gesture should take a few seconds. It is our design rule, not a guaranteed timing.

  • A button
  • A photo
  • A scan
  • A tablet
  • A sensor
  • Pre-filled value

Question, facts, action

Ask your restaurant a question.

From Tsuno or the AI you already use (ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral), the way you would say it. Fictional example.

  1. What deserves my attention?

Or: who is not yet autonomous at opening? What has kept coming back for three weeks?

  2. Facts, with their source

A short answer and a link to the item. When data is missing, Tsuno says so.

  3. An action you confirm

Tsuno prepares the action and sums up its effect. You confirm, it runs it, then logs it.

  4. A refusal when asked to judge

Scoring or ranking a person is refused, by design.

Data quality

Where each fact comes from.

Tsuno tells six kinds of fact apart, so you know what you are relying on.

  • Automated fact

A sensor reading, a system timestamp.

  • Declared fact

    Entered by a team member.

  • Attached proof

A photo, document or signature tied to the fact.

  • Manager observation

A dated note, distinct from a measurement.

  • AI inference

Presented as such, for a person to validate.

  • No data

Nothing was recorded, and Tsuno says so.

Tsuno connects the facts. People decide.

Never a score or a ranking of people. The tool reminds, you decide.

What Tsuno refuses

Frequently asked questions

How is the standard day built?

We build it with you, from opening to closing, one per day of the week, fish delivery included. Each task gets a role, a duration and a finish time. Tasks that always get forgotten become recurring lines.

Who validates a skill?

A person. The quiz checks knowledge and is graded automatically, but the skill is validated and dated by a manager. Modules are sequenced: nobody moves to the next step without validating the previous one.

Is the welcome booklet written by AI?

It is drafted by AI and reviewed by you before any use. It is fitted to the role, site and language of the new hire. The house code is read and signed first, with e-signature and exportable HR traceability.

Are temperature sensors included?

No, sensors are sold separately. Readings are tracked continuously with an alert when a threshold is crossed. Goods-in checks use a photo of the delivery note and an assisted scan.

What do one-to-ones and exports cover?

Monthly one-to-ones are prepared from dated facts: hours, absences, events. You export to CSV and PDF for your reporting, accountant or training fund. Tsuno never scores or ranks a person.

What does Tsuno refuse when asked to judge?

Ranking employees, scoring a person, predicting who will leave or recommending who to dismiss: these requests are refused, by design. Tsuno connects the facts, people decide.
