This is an English translation of our French privacy policy, provided for convenience. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Data controller

SAS http5000

SIRET: 431 903 376 00033

Contact: [email protected]

SAS http5000 (hereinafter "we" or "Tsuno") determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data as data controller.

2. Data collected

The tsuno.fr website

The pages of tsuno.fr contain no form and do not create any account. Contact buttons (for example "Talk about your case" or "Try it with 3 documents") open your email application with a pre-filled message to [email protected]: nothing is sent until you send that message yourself. The address tsuno.fr/demo redirects you to the interactive demo described below.

The interactive demo (tsuno.fr/demo)

The interactive demo is hosted on hub.tsuno.fr. It works without an account and only queries entirely fictional restaurant data. It gives no access to any real customer or employee data and cannot carry out any action.

Voice in the demo

The microphone is only turned on if you press the dedicated button, and your browser then asks for your permission. The recording (60 seconds at most) is sent to our transcription provider, converted into text, then deleted immediately: we keep no audio file. The resulting text is shown to you so you can edit it before sending, and it is then handled like a typed question. We do not analyse your voice to infer your identity, age, accent, emotions or health.

The "Prepare my trial" form

In the demo, you can ask to be contacted for a trial of Tsuno on your own documents. This form is optional: the demo remains available without filling it in. It collects:

When you submit it, this information is recorded in our sales follow-up tool (built into Tsuno), we send you an email listing the three documents useful for the trial, and our team receives a notification email. The form does not subscribe you to any newsletter.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive the information you choose to share. The [email protected] mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace (Google): see section 5.

"Try it with 3 documents"

If you choose to try Tsuno with three of your documents, you send them to us by email. This trial is limited to non-sensitive operational documents: recipe, procedure, checklist, anonymized schedule, three at most. For now, do not send any personal or sensitive data: no employee or HR document, no name, no contract, no payslip. Anonymize schedules. These documents are only used to set up an isolated trial environment in the name of your restaurant or group. Access to this environment is limited to the people involved in the trial, it is not mixed with other customers' data, and it is deleted on the date agreed with you.

"Labor ratio" calculator

The labor ratio page performs its calculations in your browser. The figures you enter there are not sent to our servers and are not recorded.

Technical browsing data

We also collect technical browsing data generated automatically by your browser: IP address, browser type, operating system, URL of the page viewed, date and time of the visit. This data is processed by our hosting and CDN provider for security and proper operation of the service.

We do not ask for any sensitive data, and we ask you not to send any.

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Retention periods

5. Recipients and processors

Your data may be processed by the following providers, acting on behalf of SAS http5000:

Fonts and images of the website are served from tsuno.fr, through the Cloudflare host. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company: technical browsing data may therefore be processed outside the European Union. The safeguards implemented by Cloudflare are described on its page: cloudflare.com/trust-hub/gdpr.

Demo questions (Anthropic), dictated questions (OpenAI) and the emails that follow the trial form (Resend) are processed by providers established in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the regulation, in particular the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Form data and sales follow-up remain hosted in the European Union.

Google servers used for email may also be located outside the European Union. Location details are available on request at [email protected].

7. Your rights

Under the conditions set by the applicable data protection rules, you may request:

These rights apply in particular to the information of the trial form and the related sales follow-up. You may object at any time to being contacted again. You may also withdraw at any time a consent you gave us, and tell us what you want to happen to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected]: we may ask you to prove your identity. We answer as soon as possible, and at the latest within the period set by the applicable rules.

8. Cookies and trackers

Cookies on tsuno.fr

The tsuno.fr website sets no audience measurement cookie, no advertising cookie and no tracking tracker. It does not set any cookie of its own either. The host may set technical cookies strictly necessary for security and availability. They are not used for advertising, tracking or audience measurement.

Cookies of the interactive demo (hub.tsuno.fr/demo)

The demo sets a single cookie, strictly necessary to operate: the random identifier of the demo session, signed, not readable by the page scripts and limited to the demo addresses. It is not used for advertising or to track you on other websites. Your language choice and any objection to audience measurement are stored in your browser only. The demo loads no third-party tracker.

How to manage cookies

You can refuse or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Turning them off may affect access to the website.
